Live Life With More Ease
Imagine...
Being able to enjoy the activities you used to love
A calmer, more peaceful household
Seeing your child thrive
Living life with energy and vitality
Many of my clients come experiencing symptoms that stop them in their path. Anxiety, ADHD, the challenges of neurodiversity, or other health niggles that come from the effects of an over-stressed life.
Google, doctors and pills haven’t made a difference.
As a naturopath, I use natural therapies, including lifestyle, nutrition, herbal medicine, and supplements, to address the root cause of symptoms rather than just managing the symptoms.
And help you get life back on track, restored, revitalised and rejuvenated.
Many years ago, I was introduced to naturopathy when I was working in Sydney. Her approach to health made so much sense.
Years later, when my family was experiencing challenges, I remembered what I had heard. I sought out help from a naturopath and saw the benefits first-hand.
I got so lucky with my own experience of naturopathy that I retrained as a naturopath and medical herbalist.
Now I help others going through a similar journey - making a difference one family at a time.

The Star Thrower
“The Star Thrower" is a 1969 essay by American anthropologist and writer Loren Eiseley. It tells the story of a man walking along a beach, reflecting on the vastness of the universe and the insignificance of human life.
He comes across a star thrower, a person picking up starfish stranded on the shore and throwing them back into the sea, one by one. At first, the man thinks the star thrower's actions are futile, as there are countless starfish on the beach, and the star thrower cannot save them all.
As the essay progresses, the man becomes intrigued by the star thrower's dedication and begins to see the profound meaning behind his actions. The star thrower is not concerned with the impossibility of saving all the starfish; rather, he focuses on making a difference for each starfish he can save.
The star thrower's compassion inspires the man and begins to see the potential for small acts of kindness to make a significant impact.
And that’s why, at Starfish Naturopathy, I believe in making a difference one family at a time.
